- Bank account details and UPI references used for deposits and withdrawals.
- KYC details: Aadhaar number, PAN number and uploaded photographs.
- Transaction records and device/session data needed to keep the account secure.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the wallet, deposit, withdrawal and return services.
- To verify identity and prevent fraud.
- To communicate about your account, requests and updates.
3. Data security
Passwords are stored using one-way hashing. Uploaded KYC files are stored outside the public web root where possible and access is limited to authorised administrators. We use industry-standard precautions, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be fully secure.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with the bank/payment partners needed to process your transactions, or when required by law.
5. Retention
KYC and transaction records are retained as long as required for legal, accounting and compliance purposes.
