Client Agreement

Terms agreed between the client and RK DREAM CASH FLOW.

This is a template agreement for the platform. Please have it reviewed by your legal advisor before using it with real money.

This Client Agreement ("Agreement") is made between RK DREAM CASH FLOW ("the Company") and the client ("You") for the use of the platform and the services provided through it.

1. Services

  • The Company maintains a USD wallet for every client.
  • Funds added by the client are recorded in the wallet and may be allocated to trading activity through the Company's broker arrangements.
  • Returns are credited to the wallet as per the percentage agreed for your account and the monthly calculation cycle.
  • Withdrawals are paid to the bank account registered in your KYC profile, after conversion from USD to INR at the prevailing platform rate.

2. KYC and account

  • You agree to provide correct mobile number, Aadhaar, PAN, bank details and selfie for verification.
  • Accounts with false or incomplete information may be frozen until verification is complete.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

3. Returns and percentages

  • The percentage applicable to your account is set by the Company in the admin panel and is visible in your account dashboard.
  • Returns depend on trading performance and are not a guaranteed or fixed interest.
  • The Company may revise the applicable percentage with prior notice to you.

4. Withdrawals

  • Withdrawal requests can be raised from the app at any time and are processed after the Company verifies the request and the account details.
  • Requests are processed after verification and are paid to the registered bank account only.
  • Partial withdrawal (by percentage) and full capital withdrawal are both available.

5. Risk and liability

  • Trading and market-linked returns involve risk. Past performance is not a promise of future results.
  • The Company is not responsible for losses caused by market movements, bank delays, or events outside its control.

7. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Registered office: Patna, Bihar, India.
